Terms and Conditions
We will contact you a few days before your booking to make arrangements of unlocking and locking the hall. We will normally meet you at the hall half an hour prior to booking time and we will return to lock the hall.
Please ensure you are packed away and ready to leave at the allocated booking time as there may be someone else booked straight in after your booking.
Tables and chairs are available but please fold down tables and return to storage area and stack chairs neatly and on the trolley provided at end of the hall before leaving.
Some cups and cutlery are available. Please wash and return to cupboards or drawers.
Cooker, fridge, microwave ovens, boiler and kettles are available. Please clean after use.
All rubbish must be removed waste bins are provided in the kitchen area and all floors swept at the end of the booking.
Refuse bags can be found in kitchen drawer. Sweeping brushes, dustpans etc are in the kitchen.
If disco is used please keep sound at reasonable level.
If a licensed bar is not provided on the premises please note that you are not permitted to bring alcohol to your event.
Please note privately owned or hired bouncy castles aren’t insured by St Andrews Hall please make sure your provider has cover for your booking and the bouncy castle does fit inside the hall
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING: If you need to cancel your booking please let us know within 30 days of the hire date and we can move it to another date (subject to availability and within a 12 month period). If the booking is less than 30 days there will be a £36 admin fee to move the booking
If you wish to just cancel you will need to pay £36 as a cancellation fee and other money already paid for your booking will be refunded upon request.
